When we think of a basecamp we think of adventure. 

We think of community. 

We think of the place you go to gear up and make last minute preparations for your next trip. 

We think of campfires, epic stories of misadventures, and good friends. 

We're a family owned and operated business in beautiful downtown Laramie, Wyoming.

It's our goal to help you get outdoors and explore in the right clothing and with the right gear for your budget.

Ski Shop LLC (Laramie’s Basecamp) Store Policies


Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make at Basecamp. We will refund, offer an exchange or store credit on items you wish to return if all of the following criteria is met:

• Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Item must be returned in the original packaging.

• Item must be returned with sales tags attached.

• Item must be returned with sales receipt proving purchase.


We cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit for the following items:

• Any climbing equipment. This is for the safety of our customers. If you’re buying a gift for a climber we recommend a gift card.

• Any stand-up paddleboard or paddle.

• Any camping stove or fuel.

• Any water filter or water filter cartridge.

• Any footwear to include ski boots that have been worn outside.

• Skis that have been mounted with bindings &/or skied on. 

• Any item that is not in the same condition that it was in when it was sold.


Shop employees are not authorized to accept returns without a receipt, items that are not in original packaging, items without sales tags, or items over 30 days.

 

If you feel that your purchase did not meet the expectations for which it is designed please leave your name and phone number with a shop employee, I’m happy to call you to discuss what we can do to

help.


Special Orders


Any special orders over $100.00 require payment in full before we can place the order. We work hard to ensure that special orders are purchased and received as quickly as possible.


Warranty


We’re happy to help you with warranty claims for any brand that we work with, regardless of if you purchased the product at Basecamp or not. We can provide shipping to and from the warranty claim

center only if the purchase was made at Basecamp within 90 days of the warranty claim.
